Tried to log in, says Blocked User but no other explanation. Been on the web site, no sign of being blocked, nothing in help anywhere. Got a response from the developer, but not a lot of use. I have an account on resiot, I have tried to log on with the email address and password, no success, says invalid password. I have tried to log on with the R number for the portal, says account blocked. I don't like cryptic messages, that do not give you any idea of where to go. If it said "Account blocked, go onto the portal and xxxx" that would be so much more helpful. Anyway going to close the account, I have spotted that the portal link shows my password in plain view, this implies no hashing of the password, so one wonders how secure the site is.
